Terms of Service
Last updated: June 28, 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at atlaspriorityservices.com and the services provided by Atlas Priority Services ("Atlas", "we", "us" or "our"). By using our website or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
You can contact us at hello@atlaspriorityservices.com, on +44 20 8049 9960, or by post at Atlas Priority Services, 7 Bell Yard, London WC2A 2JR, United Kingdom.
2. Our services
Atlas provides an administrative and facilitation service to help UK sponsors use the Home Office priority service for Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) allocation and related sponsor requests. This includes helping you check eligibility, preparing and completing the relevant priority service request, and submitting and following up on that request on your behalf.
Our role is to assist with the process and the timely submission of your request. We are an independent provider and are not part of, or affiliated with, the Home Office or UK Visas & Immigration. Nothing on our website or in our communications constitutes legal advice, and our services are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional where your circumstances require it.
3. Eligibility and no guarantee of outcome
The priority service is subject to eligibility criteria and to the availability of priority slots, which are controlled by the Home Office. While we have a strong track record, all decisions on priority requests and underlying applications are made solely by the Home Office. We cannot and do not guarantee that a slot will be available, that a request will be accepted, or that any particular outcome or timescale will be achieved.
4. Fees and payment
We operate on a "No Win, No Fee" basis for our facilitation service: our service fee becomes payable only once we have successfully secured your priority slot. The amount and any other charges will be made clear to you before you proceed.
Government and Home Office fees (for example the priority service fee payable to UKVI) are separate from our service fee and are your responsibility. Unless stated otherwise, our fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Invoices are payable by the date stated, and we may suspend services where payment is overdue.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documents;
- hold the necessary sponsor licence and authority to make the requests concerned;
- respond promptly to our reasonable requests for information;
- pay the agreed fees when due; and
- not use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
We are not responsible for delays or outcomes caused by inaccurate or incomplete information, or by a failure to respond in good time.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Consumers. If you are an individual acting outside your trade, business or profession, you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the agreement under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you ask us to begin the service during this period, you may be required to pay for work carried out up to the point of cancellation, and you will lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully performed.
Businesses. Where you engage us in the course of a business, cancellation is governed by the terms agreed with you. Because our service fee is only charged on success, no service fee is due if we do not secure your slot.
Government and third-party fees are non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority.
7. Intellectual property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos and our online tools, is owned by or licensed to Atlas and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use it for your own legitimate purposes in connection with our services, but you may not copy, republish or exploit it commercially without our permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of business or opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services is limited to the amount of the service fees you have paid to us for the matter giving rise to the claim.
9. Third-party links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites, and a link does not imply our endorsement.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date below shows when they were last revised. The version in force when you request a service is the version that applies to that service.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
13. Contact
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at hello@atlaspriorityservices.com.
