Atlas Priority Services provides consultancy and assistance with UK Certificate of Sponsorship applications. We are not affiliated with the UK Home Office or UKVI. Our services are advisory in nature.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we strive to provide the best possible service, we cannot guarantee the approval of any visa or immigration application. All decisions are made by the UK Home Office.

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees are clearly stated before any service is provided. Payment terms will be agreed upon before services commence. Refund policies will be outlined in your service agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Respond to requests for information promptly
• Pay agreed fees on time
• Not misuse our services for fraudulent purposes

6. Limitation of Liability

Atlas Priority Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to use our services.
